- Services that have been completed and delivered to the client
- Consultation fees after the consultation has been conducted
- Custom development work that has progressed beyond 25% completion
- Third-party licenses, domain registrations, or external service fees already paid
- Services cancelled more than 30 days after payment

- Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days
- Checks: 10-20 business days
